Ingredients
- Thick Aval (Poha)
- Badam
- Cashew Nuts
- Raisins
- Ghee-2 tsp
- Powdered Sugar- As per taste

Heat Oil in a
kadai deep enough to immerse a strainer.

Add Aval to the
Strainer and dip it into the hot oil. Aval would expand and the sound will stop
in couple of seconds.
- Don’t let it change color.
- Take it out and
place it on a tissue to remove excess oil.
- Add ghee in a pan
and fry Cashews, Badam and Raisins separately.

In the same ghee,
add powdered sugar and stir for 1 minute.
- Switch off the
stove and add all the fried ingredients including Aval and mix it well.
- Sweet Mixture is
ready.
